Big Bill Strikes Again

I Love It When a Plan Comes Together

Great job by Dan Hopard at the Niagara Falls Marathon.  After several frustrating attempts to break 4:00, Dan hit the track with us this season and ran 3:51:29 this year.  Most impressively, Dan ran 1:58 for the first half and then a significantly negative split for the 2nd half, complete with his fastest mile of the day (7:59) ...

More Hardware

Another race, another trophy.  Leanne Elisha 10th overall and 2nd in her AG at the Bassman tri this weekend.  (This despite her tactical error of running into a fire whilst on duty this week and filling her lungs with smoke.)    Johanna and Anne (making her multisport debut) racing a duathlon this weekend, Bill off to Kona, and then it’s marathon, off-season time for us all.
