Despite lots of rumors to the contrary, the date for the Brooklyn Half is in fact April 14. Certainly better than last year’s March 18. An extra month of training, only a slim chance of ice on the boardwalk, plus you don’t have to run while "recovering" from St. Patrick’s Day proceedings, when the glasses are often more than half full.
