Lehigh Valley Marathon Race Report

...and the happy race results keep rolling in. Adele Laboz and Jeffrey Dweck raced the Lehigh Valley Marathon today, and both left Pennsylvania with new PRs. Adele crossed state #13 off the list with her 3:36:21 (8:  /mile). Meanwhile, Jeff got his Boston Qualifier with a 3:09:30 (7:14/mile).  Not only does that stamp Jeff's ticket to Boston, but it was good for 3rd place in his age group. (Jeff's race clearly had nothing to do with all the hard work he has been putting in, and is clearly attributable to my patented "BQ or don't come home" speech.) Congratulations Adele and Jeff.
