Mt. Washington Hill Climb Race Results
The race isn't that hard - there's only one hill.
One big, long, steep hill. Said hill is what the indefatigable Agnes Zbylut chose to race just one week after Ironman NY. (Yes, indefatigable my favorite SAT word, and in this case it was used perfectly in a sentence.)
Here's some data on the climb:
- Distance - 7.6 miles
- Vertical rise - 4720 feet
- Descent - 0
- Average Grade 11.9%
- Max Grade 22.0%
- Summit Elevation 6288 feet
Agnes finished the race in a quad burning 1:40:20. Full results are posted. Congratulations Agnes - now go take a rest.
